  My appointment was for 3:15 I didn't even get seen until 4. The guy that I had was really annoying. I couldn't tell when he was talking to me or himself. And when he was thinking he was either humming or making a shush ingredients noise constantly. And when it came to explaining my return I couldn't understand him. I. Doing a second look with some place else because I have no idea if this guy did my taxes correctly or not.

  Mediocre experience. My "Tax Professional" didn't seem to know anything about tax laws involving the Military. His phone went off with this annoying text ringtone about every 3 minutes for the entire 2 hour event. i wish I was exaggerating. I got less back than I ever have with Turbo Tax in the last 15 years I've been doing taxes, and he literally couldn't tell me anything I didn't already know or know how to do. I guess you only need the 2 semesters of accounting senior year in high school to be a "tax specialist". Waste your money, or simply follow the instructions on TurboTax, for free. You decide.
