  They have horrible customer service. Ever since the one in goose creek shut down, I have been having issues with these people. Susan and Jennifer have always been very accommodating and wonderful. These people on the other hand do not know how to speak with people. My last payment was dude 9/15 and they failed to call me and inform me that they do not auto draft out of my account for the last payment because it was only 40. They FINALLY call me 9/21 to tell me they can't auto draft it. By that time I did not have the money in my account because it happened to be my birthday weekend and I wasn't paying attention to see if they took it out or not. I was under the impresssion they had. I got paid yesterday (cash) because I do not have direct deposit so I have to enter it into an ATM. I work two jobs so I'm quite busy. I did not have a chance to enter it into the ATM yet. I told the lady I would call Friday. I admit with how busy I am that I failed to do that. But when she called to tell me I didn't call she was extremely rude. I used to be part of management (with different organization) and if any of my staff had horrible customer service like these people I would fire them on the spot. I don't care if I woild be understaffed afterwards!!! That's how severe this is. DO NOT GO HERE!!! ... Edit : Just got off the phone with Michelle, she is sweet. But everyone else is rude here. I now know that they have over 200 customers to take care of now.

  Lady was very rude when I came in on 2/14/17. She was having a party with her kids when I walked in. She made me feel like she was racist.

  Rate one because they "forget" to give you a courtesy call and still overdraft your account. Money hungry people.
