- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The young lady at the front desk has a horrible attitude & needs to resign if she doesn't like her work. Her body language shows that she doesn't enjoy her job; mumbling, not greeting people as they walk in, putting her head down & not acknowledging the person in front of her. My application was not going through so I called back she didn't even let me finish like we ain't accept no more applications and hang up. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the most unprofessional and some of nastiest people you will ever deal with especially if your white. This business will miss handle your paperwork and make you jump through hoops all because they screwed up. They take personal phone calls while conducting your business, they talk about politics and direct comment's towards white people in front of you and be little white people. I can't count how many times my sister has walked out of this place crying because of these people treating her like dirt. Mrs.Hamilton even sprayed the chair my sister sat in after leaving her office one day. My sister is trying to move back to Columbia and these people screwed up the paperwork and then cancelled her appointment and reschedule it a week before she was to move. This place needs to be invested on how this place is discriminating against white people period. My sister is disable and she has never been treated this bad by Columbia Housing because here we have PROFESSIONAL'S not RACIST people.By Darlene Harrington, November 17, 2016
